Originally from Adelaide, Scott has now resided in Perth for some 18 years. Scott has worked in media for over 21 years now for various health, entertainment and local publications along with some TV, radio and of course the internet. This man also had a successful music career with 10 CDs under his belt and several national tours. Scott has a degree equivalent in Advertising and Marketing from his studies at Adelaide University and The Institute of Advertising.

Belinda has worked in the media industry for almost 10 years. She recently took over as editor of Menu Magazine after working at the Sound Telegraph as their sports reporter extraordinaire and general news reporter. She's just back from a world tour of cafes - no doubt she has plenty to talk about.

Lauren has a degree in journalism and loves her wine and anything with cheese. After years of not eating much in her past life as a classical ballet dancer, she is currently making the most of all that fine dining and modern cuisine have to offer!.

A true rocker. Spending the majority of her life in the music industry as a musician and booking agent writing reviews and press releases. She loves to eat out but likes nothing more than the taste of words.

Ingrid has recently completed an arts degree in journalism and writing, and is set be a freelance writer, doing a variety of assignments including travel and feature writing. Ingrid is a former nurse who likes to cook up a storm with her husband Jeff, who is a chef. When they're not cooking at home, Ingrid and Jeff are out on the town, wining and dining.

Stewart is a world renowned writer and holistic guru. His passion for multicultural cuisine has caused him to have the highest percentage gourmet fat count of any living human being. This passion drove him to the conception of Sydney Cafes. Dinner dates are not a hobby for this man but a professional sport.

Frances Myshell (Food Reviewer) at The Saint George

Frances has been writing since 1997. She began with poetry which is still her first love. In 2006 she won a prize in Shorelines Writing for Performance Competition for her poetry. Frances has worked in waitressing and function management and has also done some catering. Her favourite food is chocolate and she is known to check out the dessert menu before anything else at restaurants!

With a rich culture in food and a passion for a good cocktail, Louie is a great food writer. Korean born but Australian through and through.

Kate Malcovic (Food Reviewer)

Kate has been involved in the food industry since she was a child. Growing up in hotels with a father for a chef, her love and understanding of food is paramount. Since those days, Kate has become a well known writter and proof reader around Perth. Practically having her finger in every pie she is a great asset to West Coast Cafes.
